When do order dates open?

New order dates will open every week. Orders can be placed up to 5 weeks in advance.

What is the order lead time?

All orders are pre-orders, and are freshly prepared before delivery. Hence, orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance (subject to availability).

How long can the Tiramisu cakes be kept?

Our cakes do not contain preservatives. Please keep the cakes refrigerated at all times. Kindly consume within 3 days from the delivery/collection date. 

How are the Tiramisu cakes packaged?

All our cakes are packaged safely in cooler bags with ice packs to maintain integrity of the cakes, ensuring that the cakes are kept cool & fresh during transportation.

What is the minimum spend?

Minimum spend per order is $20 SGD.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

No cancellation / amendment after orders are placed. Please kindly double check your orders before checking out your cart.

Can I place a Bulk Order?

Yes bulk orders are available, subject to availability. Kindly drop us a message via the "Contact Us" page OR email us at hello@tiramisusquare.com
