When do order dates open?

New order dates will open every week. Orders can be placed up to 5 weeks in advance.

What is the order lead time?

All orders are pre-orders, and are freshly prepared before delivery. Hence, orders must be placed a minimum of 3 days in advance (subject to availability).

How long can the Tiramisu cakes be kept?

Our cakes do not contain preservatives. Please keep the cakes refrigerated at all times. Kindly consume within 3 days from the delivery/collection date. 

How much is the minimum spend per order?

Minimum spend per order is $50 SGD.

How are the 7x7 Inch Tiramisu cakes packaged?

All 7x7 Inch tiramisu cakes will be packaged safely in cooler bags with ice packs.

How are the Tiramisu cups packaged?

There are 2 packaging types to choose from: Standard Packaging or Gift Box Packaging.

Type 1: Standard Packaging

Tiramisu Cups will be packaged safely in cooler bags with ice packs.

Type 2: Gift Cake Box Packaging

Each tiramisu cup will be packaged individually in an elegant white cake box. The cake boxes will be placed together in a large clear plastic carrier.

Small plastic bags to hold each cake box, can be provided FOC upon request. If required, kindly email us at hello@tiramisusquare.com. Maximum 1 small plastic bag will be provided for every tiramisu cup purchased.

As there is no cooler bag & ice pack for gift cake box packaging type, it is advisable to refrigerate the tiramisu cakes immediately upon receiving them.

Can I include a gift tag along with my cake delivery?

Yes we provide 1 complimentary small gift tag for every delivery order upon request. Kindly email us at hello@tiramisusquare.com with your required message (max. 25 words) & order number, at least 2 days before delivery.

Can I cancel/amend my order?

No cancellation / amendment after orders are placed. Please kindly double check your orders before checking out your cart.

Can I place a Bulk Order?

Yes bulk orders are available, subject to availability. Kindly drop us a message via the Contact Us page OR email us at hello@tiramisusquare.com

Can I customise the design on the tiramisu cup?

Yes we can customise the design on the tiramisu cups for your events. Please note that custom designs require a lead time of at least 2 - 4 weeks. Additional charges will depend on the design required.
