DELIVERY

How much are the delivery fees?

We deliver across Singapore island-wide (exclude Tuas, Jurong Island & restricted areas) at a flat rate of $12.90. FREE Delivery is provided for orders above $250.

What timeslots are available for delivery?

Delivery is available daily from Monday to Sunday (subject to availability). There are 2 delivery timeslots available: 10am - 2pm or 2pm - 6pm.

A WhatsApp message will be sent 30 - 60 mins prior to your delivery.

I require my cakes to be delivered at a specific timing. Can delivery be arranged?

We can arrange delivery for a 1 hour timeslot, between 10am - 8pm. An additional delivery fee of $10 will be chargeable. Kindly email us in advance at hello@tiramisusquare.com to make arrangements.

Will redelivery be arranged if there is no recipient?

Unfortunately we are unable to schedule a redelivery. Please ensure someone is around to receive the cakes on your selected date & time. Our delivery personnel will attempt to contact you & wait for a maximum of 10 minutes.

In the event that no-one is around to receive the cakes, the cakes will be placed at your doorstep.

Can I self-collect the cakes?

Self-collection is currently not available. We have thus lowered the delivery fees to ensure that delivery remains affordable!
